You know what’s awesome? When you have the coolest, sweetest child who can turn the worst of days around just by smiling at you. I’ve got one of those.
I love a popup and was excited to find a good one right around the corner from my office. This temporary IKEA space had lots of fun goodies and inspiration. It was a great break from work.
We spent Friday evening celebrating Matt’s 41st birthday with a lowkey dinner at their home. Now that the boys are just slightly older and able to play on their own, these evenings are really starting to feel like the Friday Night Suppers of my childhood.
Finn is really getting into Halloween. He’s very excited to dress in costume and has firm opinions about what he should be (and, by extension, what we should be). He’s also very into the decorations and loves pointing out all the skeletons. We all know I love a theme, so it thrills me that he’s into the whole thing.
